We don't rent out rooms and we don't organize trips. We match groups of 12 to 40 people with the home that suits them, and those groups come from the Netherlands, Flanders and Germany. For you, that means bookings outside peak season, from guests who know what they're getting into because one of us has seen your home. Ingrid writes the description and sells your home to groups herself.

The fee
Transparent pricing
We charge a commission on the rental amount and nothing else. What the guest sees on the page is what the guest pays. That means fewer drop-offs at the last step. Signing up and being listed costs you nothing.
