Yes. For our accommodations, you can place a no-obligation hold if you'd like to reserve the house but still need to check with the rest of the group.

A hold is free of charge and is kept for a maximum of two days. A hold isn't possible if the arrival date is within six weeks.

You can have a maximum of two accommodations on hold at the same time. That gives you a short window to talk through the options with your group.

That depends on the accommodation. Some group homes can be booked more than a year ahead.

Traveling with a big group, heading out during a school vacation or holiday, or looking for a home with specific amenities? Then we recommend starting your search well in advance. The most popular homes and weekends are often the first to go.

Yes. Would you rather talk things over first? Then get in touch with us. We can go through your wishes together and are happy to help you with the reservation.

After a final booking, you pay the first installment of 50% of the total rental price and any additional costs. You pay the remaining amount no later than six weeks before arrival.

Booking shortly before departure? Then a different payment schedule may apply. You'll always see this clearly while booking and in your booking confirmation.

You can pay by iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and Sofort Banking, among others.

That depends a lot on where you're leaving from and where in the Ardennes your accommodation is located.

From the center of the Netherlands, you can often be in the Ardennes in about three to four hours. From the south of the Netherlands and large parts of Belgium, the travel time is often considerably shorter.

That makes the Ardennes ideal for a weekend away: you really get away, without spending a whole day traveling.

From May 1, 2027, a digital road vignette is planned to be introduced for certain vehicles on Belgian regional roads and highways.

The exact rules may change. So always check the current information from the Belgian government before you leave, especially if your trip takes place in or after 2027.

Yes. Just keep in mind that there may be fewer charging points in rural areas than in the Netherlands.

Yes. Especially for a group trip, cancellation insurance can be a smart move. With lots of participants, there's a greater chance that something unexpected happens and one person, or maybe even the whole group, can't come.

While booking, you can add special group cancellation insurance. You can also still do this after booking, within the applicable time frame.

Always read the policy terms carefully so you know which situations are and aren't covered.

If something serious happens, for example, that means the host can no longer offer the reserved accommodation, we'll look for a suitable solution.
