Groots in Ardennen is a trade name of Groepen.nl. If you have any questions about this privacy policy, you can reach us at privacy@grootsinardennen.nl.

When you make a booking or send us a request, we ask for your name, address, email address, phone number and, for a payment, the details we need to process that transaction. When you use the website, we also process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

• Handling your booking and staying in touch about it
• Answering your questions via the form, email or the chat on the site
• Sending our newsletter, provided you've signed up for it
• Improving our website (anonymized statistics)
• Meeting legal obligations (bookkeeping, statutory tax retention period)

Only where necessary to carry out your booking, meaning the owner of the house, a payment provider or an insurer. We never sell data to advertisers.

You have the right at any time to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To do so, send an email to privacy@groots.be. We'll respond within 14 days.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, or for as long as the law requires. Booking data is subject to the statutory tax retention period of seven years.
