Meeting away from the office
A business group has different needs than a family. For a retreat day, a strategy session, or a board weekend, you want to meet in a space separate from where the group sleeps, and then sit down to eat all together. At La Grange de Corbion you eat and meet in an old tobacco barn of 90 square meters. At Domaine du Oesling you get two dining rooms side by side. With the sliding wall closed, one half can meet while the other eats.
Business groups often choose between two destinations. In the Eifel you meet at Forsthaus am Rursee in a daylight hall for 30 people. In Luxembourg you travel by public transport for free, including to Luxembourg City, forty minutes away by bus.

What you need
What to look for in a business stay
A business group wants to know up front what's possible and what it costs. In each house's description you can see what space there is for meetings. Ingrid will check with the owner about the Wi-Fi for you.
- A space to meet, separate from where the group sleeps
- Good Wi-Fi and enough outlets for all the laptops in the meeting room
- One invoice in the company's name, with all costs itemized
- A short travel time, so the session can start on day one

What we take off your hands
Tell us how many people are coming and how long you want to meet. Ingrid will then send you the houses with a space that fits. We send one invoice in the company's name, with the rental fee, final cleaning, and tourist tax listed separately. Coming by bus? Let us know, and we'll check the turnaround spot.
Are the accommodations suitable for companies and teams?
Yes. There are several accommodations that are well suited to a company weekend, retreat, training, or team building.
Think big living spaces, meeting options, plenty of bedrooms, and of course lots of activities to do in the Ardennes.
Tell us what you need and we'll gladly help you find suitable locations.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Many accommodations have Wi-Fi. Especially in the more rural parts of the Ardennes, the speed may differ from what you're used to at home.
Will you need to video call or work during your stay, for example? Then check the accommodation's amenities beforehand.
Can we arrange catering?
Several accommodations offer catering options, or the owner can recommend a local caterer.
Think of breakfast, a barbecue, dinner, or full meal service.
Want to spend your stay enjoying time together and spend as little time in the kitchen as possible? Just ask us about the options.
