Sound familiar?

The weekend that's been going for fifteen years

Someone puts it in the calendar, someone else sorts out the house, and everyone else just shows up. With a group of friends, it's rarely about the program. It's about the evening that runs long all by itself, and the morning after when half the group is still asleep while the rest are already making coffee. A house has to be able to handle that. That means a living room that doesn't feel empty with eight people in it, and bedrooms far enough away from that living room.

As a group of friends, you'll do best in two destinations. In Liège you're half an hour from Spa, so you can also go out for an evening without driving. In the Semois Valley the homes stand on their own, with space all around and no direct neighbors.

What you need

What a group of friends needs

With a group of friends, the difference is in the evening. A kitchen where several people can work at once saves waiting, and a second space gives the late crowd somewhere to go besides the living room.

  • A living room that doesn't feel empty with just eight people in it
  • Bedrooms away from the living room, for those who turn in earlier
  • A kitchen where three people can cook at once without getting in each other's way
  • A sheltered spot outside, because the evening usually ends outdoors

What we take off your hands

We know which homes are secluded enough for an evening that runs a little later, and which destinations have plenty to do during the day. At every home you immediately see the total rental price, so you don't have to go to the group with separate amounts. If someone drops out, the rental price doesn't change, because you rent the whole house.

Can groups of friends book an accommodation?

Groups of friends are warmly welcome at many accommodations.

Different conditions may apply per home regarding the makeup and age of the group, though. So always check the accommodation's terms and conditions.

Are youth groups allowed?

That depends on the accommodation. Some homeowners set a minimum age or don't accept youth groups.

Are you traveling with a group of young friends? Then get in touch with us beforehand. That way we can prevent you from choosing an accommodation that doesn't fit your group.

Can I place a hold first?

Yes. For our accommodations, you can place a no-obligation hold if you'd like to reserve the house but still need to check with the rest of the group.

A hold is free of charge and is kept for a maximum of two days. A hold isn't possible if the arrival date is within six weeks.
