Do something together, then eat together
With team building, it's all about what the team does together. That means you need a house where everyone can sit inside at the same time and do something outside. During the day you do something outdoors together, and in the evening the whole team sits around one table. At Domaine du Cerf you get a hall separate from the sleeping wing. At Forsthaus am Rursee you work in a daylight hall for 30 people.
For team building, you usually choose between two destinations. In the Eifel you can head out on the water from the private dock at Forsthaus am Rursee. In Liège you play on an artificial turf field five minutes from the house at Domaine de Spa.

What to look for in a team outing
A team wants to be together, but also needs to be able to make a call or get some work done. Ask Ingrid what the Wi-Fi is like in the house you have your eye on, and whether there's a quiet room. She'll check with the owner.
- A hall or second living room where the whole team sits together
- Outdoor space for an activity with the whole team, separate from the terraces
- Good Wi-Fi throughout the house, for anyone who still needs to get some work done
- One invoice for the company, with the rental fee and all other costs itemized
What we take off your hands
Tell us how many colleagues are coming and what the team wants to do. Ingrid will then send you the houses with a space that suits your group. We send one invoice to the company, with the rental fee, cleaning, and tourist tax listed separately. Coming by bus? Let us know, and we'll check the turnaround spot.
