What is Zekerheid & Garantie?
Bookings made through Groepen.nl come with extra security as standard.
If something serious happens, for example, that means the host can no longer offer the reserved accommodation, we'll look for a suitable solution.
That way, you can book with peace of mind.
What if the accommodation is unexpectedly unavailable?
Luckily, that rarely happens.
If a serious problem does come up with the accommodation you booked, we'll be there for you and work with you to find a solution.
